No Invoice Mark-up Guarantee
You pay what we pay for repairs and maintenance. Other property management companies often charge a markup or service fee on top of a vendor invoice when repair work is performed on your property.
We don't believe in this practice and will only charge you the actual rate of the vendor's service and/or materials. We believe that paying maintenance invoices is a core function of a property management company, that’s what you’re paying us to do.

90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are so confident in our level of service that at the end of the 90th day of the initial contract, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your contract with us by notifying us in writing on that day and receive a full refund of the management fees that were collected, without penalty. To ensure convenience, all vendors and outstanding bills must be settled by that time too.
